Scaling PLG Into Revenue (SaaS)

Problem: Product-led growth was driving usage, but not revenue.

What I did:

  • Built a commercial-first PLG framework across Product, Marketing, and Sales

  • Introduced monetization triggers and lifecycle conversion layers

Result:
→ $420K+ revenue in one quarter
→ +20% retention lift
→ Repeatable GTM motion adopted at leadership level


Building an ABM Revenue Engine (Enterprise SaaS)

Problem: High-value accounts weren’t converting despite strong demand.

What I did:

  • Defined ICP using intent + behavioral signals

  • Aligned Marketing + Sales around account penetration strategy

Result:
→ 70% account penetration
→ 35% booking rate
→ $2.2M closed-won revenue
